The role:We are seeking compassionate, dedicated and skilled Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our growing team.You will provide care tailored to the individual needs of the people we support, including:Assisting with daily living tasksSupporting individuals in the communityManaging behaviours that challengeProviding waking night and live-in support where requiredWho we''re looking for: Experienced support workers or care assistants Confident working with children, young people with complex needs, learning disabilities and autism Knowledge of or training in challenging behaviour support / PBS / autism awareness is desirable Flexibility to work varied hours including waking nights and/or live-in care Excellent communication skills and commitment to person-centred care Right to wo
