Senior Quantity Surveyor - Ipswich
 
Our client - who are a business who specialise in High Voltage installation and maintenance solutions for renewable energy projects within the UK. The role will play a key part in leading the commercial management of Major Projects for the business.
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Lead on management of MU projects for commercial team.
• Investigate commercial procedures and training for various business contracts.
• Manage and sign off on project cash flows, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure PMs and Engineers are held accountable for their project margins.

 
Experience:
 

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS, or Commercial Manager.
• Experience in financial project margins, and project cashflow forecasting.
• Ability to manage commercial contracts (NEC, JCT, or FIDIC) and maximising project profitability.
• Utilities/Renewables experience would be desirable, but not essential.

 
Location: Ipswich 
Salary: £55k - £70k
