To be a successful relief support worker you''ll need: - Experience supporting vulnerable people in project-based settings, helping overcome challenges.- Strong communication.- Flexibility to work varying shifts.- Proactive nature.- To be able to encourage and promote a safe environment for young people. Preferred but not essential: - Full UK Driving License- Access to own vehicle Responsibilities: - Offer direct support to vulnerable individuals.- Provide safe accommodation for young people.- Monitor safety of building and young people.- Provide emotional support, advocacy, and practical assistance.- Coordinate with external agencies for resources and services.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
