Description

• Manage and maintain accurate client accounts, ensuring timely payments.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients to ensure resolution.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and distribute client statements and invoices as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing issues.
• Provide regular updates and reports on account statuses to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all credit control activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Previous experience in credit control.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
