Manage daily needs of tradespeople. Split duties between office and site management. Oversee individual performance and behavior of trades. Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews. Manage absences and conduct appraisals. Person Specifications Must Have: Experience in performance management. Ability to manage both office and site tasks. Strong leadership skills. Nice to Have: Experience with supply chain management. Familiarity with DLO operations.
