Large civils contractor with significant work in the North Somerset and Wiltshire have the need for an experienced Site Engineer with previous experience working in the water civils sector. You will have worked on STW, WTW, pumping stations etc. and sites with elements of below ground structures, pipelines and earthworks. With an immediate start for the right person, the duration will be 12 months and quite possibly be on going for the right person. The role will be Setting out and dimensional control, working along side the groundwork teams and helping ensure good quality and safety standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will be familiar with standard setting out equipment and have previous experience of working on water related civil Engineering or earthworks projects and have a construction or Civil Engineering qualification to a minimum HNC.The selected person will be part of a positive and professional team with the realistic prospect of substantial work continuity on further projects if desired.
