What You''ll Be DoingDeliver high-quality technical support to business customers via phone, email, and remote toolsAssist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of business internet and hosted telephony systemsDiagnose and resolve issues related to call quality, system configuration, registration failures, and hardware/software problemsProvide guidance on standard procedures and escalate more complex issues to senior engineersProactively suggest improvements to support tools, documentation, and processes What You''ll Need1-3 years of technical support experience (preferably within telecoms or UC environments)knowledge of hosted telephony, IP networking, and connectivity (e.g. routers, VoIP)Familiarity with UC platforms such as Gamma Horizon, Cisco Webex, iPECS, or similarStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExcellent verbal and written communication with the ability to simplify technical conceptsExperience using helpdesk/ticketing systemsA collaborative, customer-first attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure BenefitsQuarterly KPI bonusOn-site parkingS
