Finance Business Partner, FPandA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA Your new company Hays are delighted to be supporting a large corporate organisation based in Birmingham who offer hybrid working to recruit their next Finance Business Partner/FPandA Accountant.Your new role You will join the FPandA team and have responsibility for providing financial support for the delivery of the strategic plan for a number of entities (circa £300 million plus T/O). You will be the main point of contact for the commercial management team supporting the budget, forecasting, longer-term planning and providing financial insights into performance. The role is a mix of business partnering and commercial analysis on various projects. You will also be actively involved in FPandA reporting, overseeing revenue, budgets, PandL and KPI review. This role will also have the supervision of a Finance Analyst.What you''ll need to succeed We are looking for a fully qualified Accountant with experience of business partnering and planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will come from a larger complex organisation and be comfortable engaging and challenging stakeholders across the business.
