Fantastic opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing Tyre wholesalers in the country. Rapidly expanding and supplying Car, Van, Commercial, Agricultural and Earthmover tyres throughout the UK to a large number of customers. This is a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets but a rewarding role for someone wanting to succeed in a growing company. This role will initially be based at our Head Office in Tipton but then move to our new Head Office in West Brom

The Role

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Receiving inbound calls to our customer service centre

- Processing orders in a timely and efficient manner

- Calling out to both new and existing customers to present our range of products and

offers

- Updating and maintaining the CRM system

- Ensuring all customer details are up to date and accurate

- Meeting monthly calls and sales targets

- Successfully building rapport within the customer base

- Liaising with the field-based sales team

- Working with all aspects of the order process including in house supply and logistics

teams

The person

- Must have previous telesales experience.

- Tyre industry (ideally Agricultural, OTR or Plant) knowledge is desired but not essential.

- Pleasant and friendly telephone manner

- Effective organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure

- Proactive and positive attitude

- Willingness to learn and work in a small but effective team

- The role is office based so must live within easy driving distance of West Bromwich.
