Supporting programme and project governance activities across a major defence portfolioMonitoring performance and reporting metrics for in-service deliveryAssisting in the management of risks, issues, dependencies, and change controlProducing reports, dashboards, and updates for senior stakeholdersHelping to embed best practice PMO processes across the teamSupporting continuous improvement within the Service Support OfficeKey Requirements

2-5 years\'' experience in a PMO, project support, or analyst roleFamiliarity with IT Service Management and/or major government or defence programmesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solvingReasonable Adjustments
