This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive holistic financial planning and investment adviceDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsAssess client needs and create bespoke financial strategiesStay up to date with regulatory requirements and market developmentsWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfactionAchieve agreed performance and compliance targetsSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 3 years'' experience in financial adviceLevel 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) requiredExcellent communication and relationship management skillsStrong knowledge of investment products, pensions, and protection planningAbility to work in a client-focused, compliant mannerBenefits:Salary - Up to £45k but can go higher depending on experienceBespoke Commission scheme to suit youStudy support for higher qualificationsProgression is strongly supported whether further in advice, or in other areas of interestHoliday - 24 days + bank holidays.
