Their mission is to empower people to live independently, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to create safe, stable futures.They are now seeking a motivated and compassionate ABEN Support Worker to join their service in Rochdale, providing high-quality, trauma-informed support to women experiencing homelessness and multiple barriers to safety and stability. Key Responsibilities:Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support to women experiencing homelessness and complex needs.Conduct thorough needs and risk assessments, creating tailored support and safety plans.Work with clients to increase independence, improve wellbeing, and secure long-term accommodation.Provide information, advocacy, and practical assistance to help clients access housing, benefits, healthcare, education, and employment.Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated and effective support.Accurately maintain case records, sup
