The Project Manager''s role
The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading projects from inception through to completion. The Project Manager will be involved in
* Project planning and programme management
* Procurement and contract administration
* Cost and risk management
* Coordination of consultants and contractors

The Project Manager will also
* Liaise directly with clients and key stakeholders
* Monitor project performance to ensure successful delivery
* Support senior team members on larger schemes
* Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships

The Project Manager
The ideal Project Manager will be a driven and organised construction professional with consultancy experience and:
* A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
* Working towards or achieved MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB
* Experience delivering projects within the built environment
* Strong communication and organisational skills

It would be advantageous for the Project Manager to have
* Experience across multiple sectors
* A good understanding of JCT or NEC contracts
