This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a few years experience to develop within a fast-paced, international environment, gaining exposure to a broad range of HR operations activities.The RoleYou will support the delivery of HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a high level of accuracy, efficiency and service.Responsibilities will include:Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts and employee changesActing as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managersOversee People inbox and other internal request portalsSupport with Temp and Contractor recruiter recruitment for all departmentsMaintaining accurate employee records within HR systemsAssisting with benefits administration and payroll inputsPreparing HR documentation including contracts, letters and amendmentsAssisting with HR reporting, compliance and audit requirementsAbout You2-4 years'' experience in HR Operations, HR Coordinator or HR Assistant rolesStrong understanding of the employee lifecycleExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentConfident communicating with employees and stakeh
