Business Development ManagerFull-Time Permanent £40,000 per annumAre you an experienced Business Development Manager looking to join a well-established and growing business with genuine career progression opportunities?If so, we want to hear from you.Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting a driven Business Development Manager to help grow new and existing business across key trade and commercial sectors.Key responsibilities:Identify and secure new business opportunities within target marketsDevelop and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through to closeBuild and maintain long-term relationships with trade customers and key accountsPromote a range of products, display solutions, and bespoke offeringsWork closely with internal teams including production, design, and operationsAttend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunitiesConduct market research to identify trends and new opportunitiesPrepare and deliver sales presentations and proposalsAchieve and exceed sales targets and KPIsAbout you:Proven experience in B2B sales or business developmentStrong consultative and solution-based selling skillsConfident managing complex client requirements and projectsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and commercially awareExperience with trade customers or resellers is highly desirableFull UK driving licence requiredWhat''s on offer:Opportunity to join a well-established and expanding busines
