We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Manager to take responsibility for all site maintenance at a busy facility in Brandon. This is a permanent, full-time role offering long-term stability and the opportunity to apply both electrical and mechanical expertise in a modern operational environment. Role overview You will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of all machinery and equipment on site. The role is hands-on and technical: carrying out breakdown repairs, planned preventative maintenance and improvement works. You will provide day-to-day guidance to one direct report (indirect management). Key responsibilities Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant machinery and equipment Rapid fault-finding and breakdown response to minimise downtime Plan, schedule and deliver PPM programmes Ensure compliance with health and safety and site operating procedures Manage contractors and suppliers when required Provide operational guidance to one member of the team Candidate requirements Recognised electrical qualification with 18th Edition (IEE Wiring Regulations) essential Strong mechanical knowledge and multi-skilled maintenance background Experience in manufacturing, recycling or waste industries is desirable Proven ability to diagnose and repair equipment and production machinery under pressure Able to work independently while supervising a small team This is a full time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm .
