Segmenting and creating intelligence. AI is also being used (of course!) This is the exciting world of Martech. Better understanding of customers which drives better product, better advertising, better retention and customer loyalty. What do you need: Effortless customer facing skills. Video calls, workshop sessions Solutions minded (Understand the customers visions and pains) Technically minded (Understand the products and customers data architecture) 2+ years in a Technical consulting position, such as:- Technical Account Manager, Technical Customer Success Manager, Solution Consultant, Technical Consultant Drive to progress knowledge Likely you have skills with SQL, Python or similar
