Job Title: Childrens Registered Manager
Salary: Up to -70,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity)

Our client already holds a huge presence in the children''s residential sector and is looking for a Registered Manager to join their team to establish their new home supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.

• Salary up to--70,000 per annum - plus bonus up to -6,000 for Ofsted ratings and capacity
• Located in Hayes, London, UB3
• Childrens Registered Manager will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.
• Childrens Registered Manager-benefits inclusive-of but not limited to:

• Minimum Level 5 NVQ in-Leadership and Management/Or equivalent (Essential)
• Previous experience at Childrens Registered Manager level (Essential)
• Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
