Assist solicitors in preparing and managing property litigation cases.Draft documents, correspondence, and case summaries.Conduct research to support case preparation and decision-making.Communicate with clients, third parties, and court officials regarding case updates.Ensure that case files are maintained and organised accurately.Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with procedures and protocols.Provide administrative support to the property department as neededThe Successful Applicant

A successful Property Litigation Paralegal should have:A degree in law or equivalent legal qualification.Previous experience or exposure to property litigation work is advantageous.Strong working knowledge of the civil procedure rules.Full understanding of the SRA code of conduct and SRA Accounts rules.Competency in using legal research tools and case management systems.Thrives in a fast paced working environment.What\''s on Offer
