School-based experience is not essential, this is an ideal entry point into education for academically strong graduates who are confident, articulate, and eager to make a difference.Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant • In-Class Academic Support: Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and support pupils with classwork, discussions, and tasks • Small Group and 1:1 Intervention: Provide targeted academic support to high-potential and developing learners • Promoting Academic Excellence: Model strong literacy, numeracy, and subject knowledge to inspire pupils • Student Engagement: Encourage participation, confidenc
