Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure effective service delivery and support for children and families. Develop and implement safeguarding plans to protect children and promote their welfare. Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partner agencies on complex cases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participate in case conferences, reviews, and other relevant meetings to support decision-making processes. Person Specification Qualified social worker with a recognized degree in Social Work or equivalent. Proven experience in child protection, safeguarding, and family support services. Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases. Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
