HRIS Systems Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced HRIS Systems Lead / HR Systems Manager to join a growing international organisation based in London.This is a strategic and hands on role responsible for managing and optimising HR systems including integrations, governance, and system performance across a complex enterprise environment.This role is particularly suited to candidates with a background in IT or enterprise systems who have transitioned into HRIS, HR systems, or payroll systems management.Location: London Hybrid 2 to 3 days per week Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum Job Type: PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, HiBob, Oracle HCM, or similar Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems, integrations, and configuration Manage integrations between HR systems, payroll, finance, and enterprise applications Ensure strong system governance, controls, and data integrity Support system upgrades, enhancements, and optimisation Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors Drive automation and continuous improvementEssential ExperienceProven experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, HiBob, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, or similarExperience managing HR systems integrationsBackground in IT systems, enterprise applications, or infrastructure is highly desirableStrong understanding of governance, system controls, and data managementExperience working within enterprise or multi entity organisationsBenefitsS
