We''re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Eastern South Construction Team. Location: Witham, Essex with site location of Suffolk Contract: Full Time, Permanent. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Project Manager you''ll be working within the Build Team on a large 100m+ project through 3 years of pre construction and then circa 3 years on site delivery. Your day to day will include: Managing the finances (revenue, costs, and cash flow) of projects. Managing operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Providing regular, accurate, consolidated reports and forecasts for the project to the area management, Kier Group, and customers. Fulfilling contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross margin and customers'' satisfaction. In particular, to ensure compliance with Kier Group''s policies, procedures and best practices relating to the implementation of the project(s) and the management of the site(s).
