Product Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of our technical product range to deliver expert guidance and lighting solutions. Order Management: Ensure all trade orders are processed accurately and efficiently, keeping clients updated on stock and order status. CRM Accuracy: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, and updates in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
