You will be joining a supportive, proactive environment that values professional development, teamwork, and long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice, guidance and innovative solutions on commercial property and residential investment matters.Support the team in achieving fee targets by assisting a broad range of clients across the business.Work closely with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to structure property transactions effectively.Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation.Identify legal risks and obstacles affecting transactions and guide clients on mitigation strategies.Stay updated on relevant real estate legislation, regulations, and market standards in the UK.Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations including AML and KYC requirements.Supervise junior team members as required.Maintain excellent file and case management standards.Demonstrate commercial awareness, including effective time recording, billing and cashflow control.Build and nurture client/referrer relationships
