We are currently supporting a global business based in South Leeds who are looking appoint an experienced candidate to their busy customer service team.-

You will be responsible for maintaining contact with their exisiting, high spending customer base (B2B). Duties will include:-

- Providing quotes and product information-

- Processing customer orders-

- Handling queries-

- Resolving customer problems efficiently-

- Liaising with colleagues across other teams and branches-

Ideally you will be available to start at short notice and comfortable working on site full time.-

Hours: 8.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday.-
