You will work across complex commercial, healthcare, education and specialist facilities, leading commissioning teams from early design input through to final handover.Role ResponsibilitiesLead the commissioning strategy across multiple projects ( 1m- 15m)Develop and manage commissioning programmes aligned with construction deliveryOversee mechanical and electrical commissioning activities on siteManage and coordinate commissioning engineers, specialists and subcontractorsReview technical submissions, commissioning plans and method statementsEnsure compliance with specifications, industry standards and client requirementsChair commissioning meetings and report progress to senior project teamsIdentify and manage commissioning risks, ensuring timely resolutionSupport witnessing, testing, validation and performance verificationLead system demonstrations, client training and handover processe
