At Bridgwater College Academy we aim to provide a rich and varied education for all of our students. We believe that ensuring students realise their full potential depends upon a continuous drive for excellence by our staff.
We are looking for an outstanding Design and Technology teacher to teach ages from Y7-Y11. Candidates need to be a Design and Technology specialist to take on this role.
You will also need to have good behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students in order to raise standards and maximise their potential.

Responsibilities and RequirementsWe are seeking a Design and Technology specialist to teach pupils in Years 7 to 11. The successful candidate should:
• Have strong behaviour management skills
• Be able to inspire and motivate students to raise standards and maximise potential
• Hold relevant qualifications and experience in Design and Technology
• Demonstrate commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
