With five Managing Directors and three Senior Directors onboarded to date, our build-out is approaching its final phase.We are now looking to complete the senior leadership team with three additional Senior Managing Directors or Senior Directors. Through deals, disruption and distress solutions, we join forces with clients to catalyze profitability, navigate complex industry challenges, and harness rapid technological change that drives long-term market advantage.Role OverviewThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing FIG investment banking platform. You will play a key role in driving origination, leading execution, mentoring junior talent, and contributing to the strategic direction of the team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead origination efforts and build trusted client relationships across the FIG landscape (insurance, banking, asset and wealth management, specialty finance, etc.)Oversee execution of complex MandA and capital markets transactionsAct as a senior mentor and culture carrier within the teamHelp shape firm-wide FIG coverage strategy and business development prioritiesRepresent the firm externally with clients, counterparties, and industry stakeholdersCandidate ProfileSenior Director / Managing Director at a top-tier investment bank or boutiqueStrong track record in FIG advisory, MandA and capital raisingDeep network across financial subsectors and institutional investorsDemonstrated leadership in high-performing teamsCommercial mindset and appetite to contribute to a fast-scaling platformSeniority level
