About the position

33 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PW - 5 days in office Mon-Fri

This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with no prior recruitment experience.

You''ll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the US market. Market specialism will be dependant on business and team.

Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships.

Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.

Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-date with industry trends.

Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.

Keep the CRM and databases updated.
