Working closely with the Finance Manager, you ll drive financial sustainability through strong performance management and collaboration across key service areas, including Repairs and Maintenance. The Role Deliver financial advice and support to enable informed decision-making Prepare and present insightful financial analysis on service performance Support budget holders to develop and manage robust budgets Carry out balance sheet reconciliations Monitor financial performance and translate complex information for non-financial stakeholders Lead value-for-money reporting and identify cost-saving initiatives Contribute to internal audit processes and system improvements The Person Part-qualified ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA / ACA with management accounts experience Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles and controls Exc
