The role calls for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership someone who can engage teams, influence behaviours, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental standards.Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a site-specific health, safety and environment improvement plan to manage risks and ensure legal compliance Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance across all departments Lead internal and external audits to maintain high standards Oversee emergency preparedness and contractor/visitor safety procedures Provide expert HSE guidance across site operations Implement Group SHE systems, initiatives, and campaigns locally Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely statutory reporting Mentor the SHE Advisor and lead the SHE Committee for effective governance What We re Looking For Proven experience leading HSE strategy in a large manufacturing or industrial se
