Madison Berkeley is pleased to be partnered with a top performing Real Estate Private Equity Fund looking for a Senior Investment Analyst to join their team in London.A Senior Analyst will gain end-to-end exposure to the full investment cycle, from initial sourcing to due diligence and completion.Responsibilities

Support the investment team in analysing acquisition opportunities, preparing financial models, and conducting market researchAssist with underwriting deals, including gathering and critically analysing rental and sales comparable evidence, yield analysis and condition reportingParticipate in on-site portfolio reviews to understand refurbishment outcomes, operational performance and investment driversWork closely with property managers, refurbishment teams, and letting agents to gain holistic insight into asset performanceHelp to produce internal investment decks, board materials, and reporting packsHelp to identify areas of the existing portfolio with optimisation potential and assist with subsequent projects2-5 years of experience working in an Investment Analyst role within Real EstateExcellent Excel and analytical skills, familiarity with financial modelling a plusCritical thinking skills and a drive to solve problemsWillingness to travel frequently in the UK during the training periodHighly motivated, inquisitive, and eager to learnVery strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholdersQualifications
