Ground Control is on an exciting IT transformation journey – and we’re looking for an IT Business Partner to help us deliver it. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring that our IT and Data strategies align seamlessly with the needs of our business units and customers.What you’ll do

As an IT Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our transformation roadmap. You’ll act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT and Data, managing the demand pipeline and making sure our product roadmaps reflect the priorities of the business.This is a delivery focused role, requiring someone who thrives in a fast paced, change driven environment, and who can connect strategy to execution with impact.Key Responsibilities

Own the short and medium term IT change delivery plan (2–52 weeks) for your assigned business unit(s).Prioritise and manage product improvement requests in partnership with stakeholders.Work closely with directors, sales teams, customers, and partners to ensure alignment and delivery of value.Collaborate with cross functional teams – including developers, data engineers, analysts, designers, and suppliers to assess technical dependencies and drive efficiencies.Contribute to shaping and embedding effective working practices across the Transformation function.Attend in-person collaboration sessions weekly (Billericay HQ or London office) and travel to Ground Control sites across the UK when needed.What we’re looking for

Strong track record of building relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partners.Proven experience working in a transformation phase within an SME.Clear ability to connect strategy to execution and deliver results at pace.Resilient, flexible, and delivery-focused, able to adapt to shifting priorities.Highly data and results driven, with strong attention to detail.A focus on outcomes, doing what’s right for the business, not just what’s easy.Project management and planning experience.Experience with Dynamics 365.Knowledge of business process management or change management.Career Development and Benefits
