You ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear advice, efficient service booking, and a friendly, professional experience every time. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and handle service enquiries in person and over the phone Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work Liaise with technicians and keep customers updated on progress Provide clear explanations of work required and completed Identify and upsell additional services, repairs, or products when appropriate Accurately raise job cards, invoices, and process payments Ensure every customer receives professional, friendly, and efficient service Your Background and Skills Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Fast Fit Advisor, or in a similar customer service role within the motor trade Strong communication and customer service skills Confident handling busy work
