The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a variety of projects across different sectors including commercial, healthcare and education.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to manage a team of QS'' and use their sales capabilities to successfully find and negotiate contacts for new projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• Chartered or working towards
• Car + drivers'' licence
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Client facing
• EA/PM experience
• Able to manage and deliver projects independently
