They will exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. They will be responsible for working to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximising the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced while minimising food waste.Other responsibilities include, guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved.
