Ideally someone who has a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Managment. Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages. Experience in groundworks and new build cost management Key Responsibilities: Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. Assess contrcat risk and work with the site team to develop and manage mitigation plans Review all contract documents to ensure the business is protected at all times. Manage all commercial apecs related to the contracts. Ensure that all group commercial prlicies are being adhered too and that all legislations are being met.
