This is a permanent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils who need additional support.The RoleAs an LSA, you will work closely with teaching staff to support students both in and out of the classroom. A key part of your role will be helping pupils manage their behaviour, engage with learning, and develop essential life skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needsImplement behaviour management strategies consistently and effectivelySupport students in regulating emotions and maintaining focus in lessonsBuild positive, professional relationships with pupils and staffAssist with classroom activities and adapt learning materials where neededPromote a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environmentThe Ideal CandidateExperience working with children or young people with behavioural needsA calm, patient, and resilient approachStrong behaviour management skillsAbility to remain consistent and professional in challenging situationsTeam player with good communication skillsA genuine
