Purpose of the Group Accountant - Housing Revenue Account (HRA): To act as the lead financial advisor on Housing Revenue Account (HRA) issues in compliance with relevant legislation and accounting standards (both revenue and capital). To ensure that the Authority''s housing stock is maintained in a financially sustainable manner.To act as the lead financial adviser on all financial HRA issues and delivering sound financial governance, budget management, and financial reporting for Housing related activitiesTo ensure that all financial information and processes are compliant with the relevant legislation and accounting standards.
