Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth
Hourly Rate: -12.71
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

SECURE ONGOING POSITION - IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE!

We are currently recruiting for a Goods In Administrator to join a busy distribution centre based in Magna Park. This role is based within the warehouse Goods In admin office and offers a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities as Goods In Administrator:

  • Working within the Goods In admin office (warehouse-based environment).
  • Creating and processing GRNs (Goods Received Notes) following training.
  • Booking in deliveries accurately using internal systems.
  • Liaising with warehouse teams to ensure goods are received correctly.
  • Handling delivery discrepancies and reporting any issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems in real time.

Requirements as Goods In Administrator:

  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
  • Able to work under pressure in a very busy operation.
  • Previous admin or warehouse admin experience is advantageous.
  • Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach.
