The business has been operating successfully for over 25 years, and due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team. This role is responsible for the service, repair and support of a range of inspection equipment including Industrial Metal Detection, check weighing, X-ray and Vision products. The role will require working closely with the Sales Department to communicate Sales opportunities through upgrades, uneconomic repairs and general awareness of on-site opportunities. Predominantly UK-based, however, some international travel may be required at times as well as working to the highest standards and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Commissioning of new machinery, validation visits, service reports and telephone technical support. Product Training to users, (QC, Maintenance and Operators). Successfully applying software enhancements to improve the performance of the equipment. Fault diagnosis and repair as required. Ensuring reoccurring issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Providing detailed feedback to the Technical/Production department
