As a Retail Consultant, you engage, listen and guide customers to products relevant to their needs. Welcome customers into our spaces and deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to commercial success by demonstrating products and addressing customer needs.What We Are Looking For

Experience operating within a customer service role or environmentEffective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomesHistory of successfully participating in and contributing to a teamEmpathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for allOpen mindset and curiosity to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectivesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of skin care (advantageous)Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance and home categories (advantageous)Position details: Part Time, 24 hours per week with on-site pattern.
