You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical IT infrastructure, ensuring systems remain secure, available, and fully operational in mission-critical conditions. Key Responsibilities Support the deployment and transition of the IT systems Provide on-site, remote, and deployed technical support Administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, Exchange Manage VMware infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter, upgrades, deployments Maintain SAN and NAS storage systems Perform backups and recovery in line with SLA/SOPs Manage certificates and system security Support iSCSI configurations Provide end-user support Maintain accurate technical documentation Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including urgent deployments Work closely with technical teams to ensure service continuity Requirements andamp; Skills 3+ years'' experience in enterprise system administration Strong experience with: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange andamp; VMware (ESXi, vCenter) Experience with certificates and iSCSI Good understanding of ITIL practices Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work in mission-critical environments Willingn
