Head of Aftersales Vacancy - Hinckley

- Position: Head of Aftersales 
- Location: Hinckley 
- Basic Salary: £50,000 + Performance Bonuses

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Head of Aftersales to join a growing and well-established automotive business at their Head Office in Hinckley.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and customer-focused professional to take on a pivotal role leading Aftersales, Warranty, and Customer Service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the Aftersales function, with a strong emphasis on delivering first-class customer service.
- Oversee warranty operations, managing spend and identifying areas for improvement.
- Drive performance and streamline aftersales processes to boost efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a consistent and seamless customer journey.

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven track record in a senior Aftersales leadership role within the motor trade.
- Excellent knowledge of warranty procedures and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Commercial awareness and a data-driven approach to managing performance and spend.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
