Our anonymous client is seeking an Operations Support Manager to join their Front of House team in a hands-on role.You''ll be at the heart of daily office operations, supporting a small team, coordinating shifts, and ensuring colleagues, clients, and visitors have a consistently positive experience. You''ll also work with Facilities, IT, Office Services, and Health and Safety teams to keep everything running behind the scenes.What You''ll Do Lead and support the Front of House team, acting as a friendly point of escalationCoordinate shifts and daily operationsSupport meetings, events, and client hospitalityLiaise with suppliers and facilities teams to resolve issuesMaintain office standards, from meeting rooms to security and pantry areasAssist with administration, budgets, and compliance tasksContribute to service improvements and projects About You Experience in front-of-house, office management, facilities, or hospitalityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganised, proactive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesCustomer-focused mindset, able to build rapport with colleagues and visitorsConfident using IT systems, with a willingness to learn basic troubleshootingUnderstanding of health and safety practices (or willing to learn) Shift PatternYou will need to be flexible between 07.30 am - 7.00 pm and will work
