We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Assistant to join a leading manufacturing company based locally in Fordingbridge. The client offers fantastic progression and development opportunities, alongside a 4pm finish every Friday, fresh fruit, free parking and a excellent working environment.

Key duties include:

• Processing 500 purchase ledger invoices per month
• Assisting with queries through telephone and email
• Management of supplier and invoice queries
• Preparing payment runs
• Reconciling credit cards

What You''ll Bring:

• Previous experience working as an Accounts Assistant
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident user of Microsoft office
• Experience of working within a busy Accounts department
• Able to work to tight deadlines
