Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Import Airfreight Operator for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Sunbury-on-Thames area.Prepare and process all necessary documentation for importing goods via Airfreight.Completing all Airfreight Import CDS customs entriesServe as the primary point of contact for clients and customers regarding imported shipments, providing them with shipment status updates, addressing enquiries and concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Monitor the movement of imported freight from the point of origin to its final destination, tracking shipment statuses and providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.Liaising with overseas office / agentsRequired experience:-CDS entry ExperienceAir imports (start to finish)Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pmAs an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
