• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting (ECTs welcome to apply)
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment expectations
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate effectively

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
• Establish a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to inform future teaching
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community

• Leadership that prioritises staff wellbeing and professional growth
