A leading media agency are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team asap.Responsibilities

Provide HR generalist duties for two of the agency''s c. 500 employees, working closely with the wider people team, including another HR Advisor.Oversee all people issues including advising on ER issues, with a focus on performance management.Support the HR Team and the wider agency''s management community; be a team player with knowledge of UK employment law.Qualifications

Highly organised, passionate, and experienced HR professional (ideally 2 years'' experience in an advisory capacity).Ready to make an immediate impact in a large agency.Knowledge of UK employment law; credible with ER. CIPD Level 5 is a strong preference but other candidates meeting all requirements will be considered.Hybrid working (3 days in the office), with Central London based offices.How to apply
